Greens - a choice of turnip greens, New Zealand spinach, mustard greens, beet greens, mizuna or chard - 3/4# - 1#
Garlic scapes - small bunch
Bok choy - big bunch
Mesclun - 1/2#
Sage - 2 sprigs
Leaf fennel - a big bunch
Flowers

FULL SHARE:
Same as the Half Share but twice as much!

Mini Share

The MINI SHARES could pick two of these:
greens, bok choy, broccolini, leaf fennel, or mesclun.

PLUS all shares could swap and item, if they wanted.

Mesclun - 1 bin, about 1/4 pound
Salad turnips - 1 small bunch, with tops

Radishes - as much as you like
Flowers - make a bouquet

Managing the MINIS, SWAPPING, and EXTRAS

Okay, so we are in a transition time now that the weekly shares have started.  Last Thursday (share #1) the Mini Share choices and the Swapping items shared a table.  That worked okay but Rob came up with another idea that sounds even better.  Next Thursday, June 12, we'll have a special spot with the Mini Share choices and a different area with items for swapping or for purchase.  All this will be labeled, of course.  All farm members, including the Mini Share folks, will be able to swap an item if they wish, or purchase additional items AND we will also be able to protect the Mini Share choices at the same time.  I hope this makes sense.  Feel free to ask Rob or me to explain it.  Anyway, thanks for being patient and willing to try out various systems so we can find one that works well.

BIG SHARES:

HALF SHARE
Rhubarb - big bunch
Salad turnips - 1 bunch
Radishes - 1 bunch
Mesclun - 4 oz.
Cooking greens (kale, turnip, chard) - 1 bunch
Herb bundle (sweet cicely, sage, leaf fennel) - 1 bunch
Arugula - 2 oz.
Lettuce - 1 bag

FULL SHARE
Twice as much on everything except the turnips, plus bok choy.

No FLOWERS this weeks but everyone got to choose some SEEDLINGS to bring home to plant, tomatoes, peppers, borage, lettuce, spinach, or kale.
