Farm Share # 14 - September 6, 2018
This was a fun farm share. Not only was it especially big and included some peak-of-harvest goodies like okra and edaname, we also entered a share in the Franklin County Fair. AND we won first prize for CSA shares!! For the display we included some things that would have been harvested out of the pick-your-own garden this week like Tulsi basil and extra cherry tomatoes. But, this share accurately reflected what the shares were like this week.

| Full Share: sweet onions, scallions, hot peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, summer squash, broccolini, beans, greens (puntarelle, chard, or kale), herbs (apple mint in this share), and two choosing items - in this share they are leeks and a sweet pepper. |
Here's a recipe that uses tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, and scallions - Gazpacho!
It's great to plenty of vegetables to share with you all. It's the season of variety and bounty. Enjoy!!
