Tomatoes, Sweet Dumpling or Carnival winter squash, bok choy, endive frisee, mesclun, radishes, greens (choice of chard, NZ spinach, or escarole), Asian onions, winter radishes - one each of a black round type called  

Schwarzer Runder Radish 

or a longer green radish called Shawo Radish  

Both are delicious cooked or raw, but especially cooked. We love them!
