This was the first week of celery and escarole. The fall radish thinnings looked too nice to pass up and the daikons and winter radishes needed to be thinned. The winter radishes are starting to form radishes already! Varieties include: red watermelon, Schwarzer Runder, Summer Cross daikon, and Shawo Fruit radish.
