Rhubarb - 1 big bunch, about 2 pounds
Mesclun - 1 bin, about 1/4 pound
Salad turnips - 1 small bunch, with tops
Green garlic - 1 small bunch
Radishes - as much as you like
Flowers - make a bouquet
